• From callers: the audio of the call, a transcript, the number they called from, and whatever they tell the receptionist, such as their name, address, the job and a preferred time.
• From customers: your name, business name, contact details, details about your business used to build your receptionist (taken from your website and public listing), your calendar connection, and billing information.
• From visitors to this site: what you type into the contact and build forms. We do not run advertising trackers.

To answer calls on your behalf, book appointments, notify you, check each call automatically and send you reports, bill you, and improve the service. Our monitoring agents review every call automatically. A person at RingZel listens to a call only when it is flagged or when you ask us to.

Recordings and transcripts are stored in the UK and deleted after 90 days unless you choose to keep them longer. Account and billing records are kept for as long as you are a customer and for six years afterwards where tax law requires it.

Telephony, speech recognition, language model and email providers act as our processors under contract. The current list is available on request. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

For your callers' data you are the controller and we are your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record calls to your business. RingZel tells every caller at the start of the call that it is an automated receptionist and that the call is recorded.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. Email hello@TODO-domain.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
