Cookie policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Shipstack LLC ("we", "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on https://ringzel.com (the "Website"), and the choices you have. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Our approach
- We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the Website, but only if you accept analytics cookies. Until you choose, and if you reject, no analytics cookies are set.
- We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags or session-replay tools, and we do not share analytics data for advertising.
- Nothing on the Website follows you to other websites.
- We set one strictly necessary cookie to remember your cookie choice, and use a small amount of session storage that is cleared when you close the tab. Both are described below.

4. Your microphone during a demo
When you talk to a demo receptionist, your browser asks for permission to use your microphone. The call audio is sent to our voice provider to handle the call and is recorded so that you can play it back, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your browser, not us, remembers the permission, and you can remove it at any time in your browser's site settings.
5. Third-party services
Google Analytics is provided by Google. If you accept analytics cookies, your browser loads Google's analytics script, which sets the _ga cookies above and sends Google information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use and your approximate location. We do not send Google your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into our forms. If you have not accepted, or you reject analytics cookies, we do not load Google's analytics script and nothing about your visit is sent to Google.
When you start a demo call, your browser connects directly to our voice provider to carry the audio. We do not ask it to set advertising or analytics cookies. Links to other websites, such as social media profiles, are ordinary links: those sites apply their own cookie policies once you visit them.
6. Legal basis
Storage that is strictly necessary to provide a feature you have asked for, including the cookie that remembers your cookie choice, does not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Analytics cookies are not strictly necessary, so we only set them with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
8. If this changes
If we add another cookie or similar technology that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before it is used.
