How the trial and billing work

The trial ends on day 14. It starts when you create your account, and you don't need a card to start. Cancel before day 14 and you owe nothing. If you don't cancel, the plan you chose starts when the trial ends and you pay for it from then. If you haven't added a card by then, Ringzel stops answering, and we keep your account for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off.

Monthly plans are paid monthly. You pay at the start of each month, there's no minimum term, and the plan renews each month until you cancel.

Yearly plans are paid upfront. You get 12 months for the price of 10, paid at the start of the year. The plan renews each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel at any time. Cancel from your account or by emailing hello@ringzel.com. It takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and part months on a monthly plan aren't refunded. When your plan ends your receptionist stops answering, so change your call forwarding before then.

VAT. Ringzel does not currently charge VAT. If that changes, we'll tell you before it applies.

Which plan is right for you?

Choose Basic if you mainly need calls answered when you can't pick up, with the details sent to you so you can call back.

Choose Professional if you want a bespoke AI website chat, callers booked straight into your calendar, or calls that reach different people in your team. It's the plan we recommend for most businesses.

Choose Premium if you want Ringzel connected to the other tools you use, and help managing your reviews.

Included on every plan

Some things don't change with the plan you pick.

Unlimited calls. There are no call limits and no per-call charges, so a busy week doesn't mean a bigger bill.

Every call answered, 24/7. Ringzel picks up in the evenings, at weekends and on bank holidays, so calls after you've closed still get answered.

A check report on every call. After each call, a separate check reviews how it went. You get the recording, the transcript, a summary and the check report.

Your number stays yours. You forward the calls you can't take. Customers ring the number they already know.
