Built by people who understand calls and AI
Ringzel is built by a team of four with backgrounds in AI engineering and telecommunications. We make the calls a business can't take easier to handle.
A small team by design
Ringzel is built by four people who work across AI engineering, voice systems, telecommunications and product. We stay close to the product and to the businesses that use it, rather than passing customers between departments.

An AI receptionist for the calls you can't take
Ringzel answers in your business name, tells callers it's automated, asks the questions you've set and follows your instructions. It captures the enquiry and sends you the details, with a recording, a transcript, a summary and a check report for every call.
Depending on your plan, it can also chat with visitors on your website through a bespoke AI website chat, book appointments, transfer calls, route callers to your team, connect to other tools and help with reputation management.

Because the phone rings at the wrong moment
Most businesses can't always pick up. The phone rings while you're with a customer, on a job, driving, in a meeting or closed for the day, and a missed call can be a missed enquiry.
Ringzel handles the calls you can't take and gives you what you need to follow up: who called, what they need and how urgent it is. It works across all sorts of businesses.
Honest with callers, clear with you
Ringzel is designed as an agentic receptionist. That means it does more than answer a call: it asks the questions your business needs, follows the instructions you've set, captures the enquiry and takes the next step you've configured.
It says it's automated
Callers are told they're speaking to an automated receptionist. It never pretends to be a person, you or one of your team.
It follows your instructions
It asks the questions you set, uses the information you give it and handles urgent calls the way you've told it to.
It doesn't bluff
If it can't help, it says so, takes a message with a good time to call back and flags it for you.
It doesn't give professional advice
It passes on the information you configure, but it doesn't give medical, legal, financial or safety advice of its own.
Every call is checked
A separate check reviews each call after it ends, so you can see whether it was handled properly.
More in our guides: what happens when it can't help and why every call gets checked.
