Example call scenario. This is an illustration, not a recording of a real call.
A homeowner rings at 8.05am the morning after a storm. A large branch from their oak tree has split and is hanging over their neighbour's garage.
Your receptionist answers in your business name and says it's automated. It takes the address and asks about the size of the branch, what it's hanging over and whether anyone is at risk. The caller says nobody is in danger, so it follows the urgent-call instructions you've set up for storm damage and texts you straight away. When the caller asks if they're allowed to have the tree cut back, it doesn't advise and notes the question for you.
You get the summary with the address, the damage and the caller's question, plus the recording and check report, so you can decide how quickly to get out there.
