Example call scenario. An illustration, not a recording of a real call.
A caller rings at 6.15am in December. The heating hasn't come on, the boiler display shows a fault code and her father, who is in his eighties, lives with her.
Your receptionist answers in your business name, says it's automated and takes the address and a callback number. It asks for the boiler make and the code on the display, and notes that an elderly person lives in the house, as you've set it to. You've marked no heating with a vulnerable person as urgent, so it follows your emergency instruction and texts you straight away.
When you check your phone, the summary, recording and check report are waiting, with everything you need to decide when to go.
